Hello, my name is Minyinta Lemane. I'm 15 years old, and I play soccer. I love the game very much, and I grew up watching it. I started playing during my freshman year of high school. I'm currently a sophomore. I'm very hard-working and committed to becoming a better player. I aspire to play soccer at the college level. I acknowledge that having an opportunity to play at college level is rare, and would like to work on playing at a professional level if that's what the future holds for me. I am the co-captain of the girls' varsity soccer team. I always try to lead by example and encourage my teammates. I am trainable and strive to be better than I was yesterday.

I am a scholar who tries my best to maintain a high GPA while being a member of the Student Body Council and other extracurricular activities and sports. I want to attend a college where I can push myself to be better, make a change/have an impact on and off the field. I am open to any opportunity I receive while looking to find the college that is the right fit for me. I want to become the role model I always wanted as a young girl interested in sports.
