Nora Truncale '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches my name is Nora Truncale and I am a class of 2026 5”10 goalkeeper, and have been playing soccer since the age of 5. I play for EDP team extreme, and the John Glenn girls varsity soccer team while also keeping up a 4.0 GPA. When I was in 8th grade, I was selected to play up at the JV level for my high school, where I played the starting and full time keeper position. Since my freshman year I have been the varsity full time keeper and soon to be captain and in my club the full time keeper. For as long as I can remember, I have dreamt of playing soccer in college, whether it would be going D1 or D3. While also following my passion of a career in early childhood education with a minor in special education. Not only do I play soccer, but I am a multi sport athlete playing basketball in the winter and track in the spring, and almost making it to states for the high jump. With being a multi sport athlete it gives me an advantage in my main sport by allowing me to stay in shape year round as well as increasing my athletic abilities. I am very dedicated, a hard worker, and not afraid to tackle an obstacles that come my way. As I kid I loved playing soccer and for a long time playing up, which allowed me to build connections with older girls along with learning more advanced skills.
