Gabriela Aichinger '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Gabriela Aichinger. I have been playing soccer since I was three years old. I have played many different leagues, such as house soccer which is co-ed, travel, and school soccer. For my school I played one year of modify as a seventh grader, one year on JV as an eighth grader, then went to varsity my freshmen year. My collegiate goals and aspirations are to be on a excellent team with teammates that respect each other. I would like to expand my skills and work hard to get better as a goalie in college. What makes me different form other recruits in character is that I am a hard worker, I love helping people and be kind to the people around me. As for athletics I am a very aggressive player but still have empathy for those who I play with and play against. I have been playing against boys since I was three and that helped me to become faster, get better foot work, and become more aggressive. I don't give up when I am playing or training, I am willing to be taught new skills or even taught the right way. In academics I have always tried my best in all classes I take, I have been taking advanced classes since eighth grade. I never give up when I don't get a good grade or don't understand something, I keep trying to understand or get the right answer and if then I still don't know I will ask for help because you will never learn unless you ask.
