Personal Statement
I hope to continue my role as a student athlete in college.
I love singing and music. I started with a private singing coach when I was 8 years old. I sang and performed with the Youth Chorus at MYO for 6 years. I also sang with the elite chorus groups at North Shore for 6 years. I also participated in NYSSMA every year where I am judged on my vocal performance.
I have fundraised, participated and led my team, the Purple Penguins, in the Relay For Life at North Shore for 5 years.
I started playing soccer when I was in kindergarten and played with a travel team for 4 years. I played basketball for NS Middle School for 2 years and on a travel team for 4 years.
I learned to sail at the Sea Cliff village camp for 2 years.
In high school I sing in the chorus every other morning before school and am a member of the Interact club where we do community service.
