Danielle Michaels '14 Recruiting Profile

My parents always say to me, "Danielle, when you were little you never really liked playing with dolls. You loved to play sports. You would always would find a ball and and start kicking, catching and throwing it. Today, I am an avid athlete who continues to be intrigued, especially soccer balls and softballs. In soccer, my primary position is goalkeeper and in softball, I play shortstop. I'm very agile and not afraid to dive, slide, or jump in order to save a ball. I'm 5'3"tall; but dont let that fool you. I'm pretty fast which allows me to play other positions in soccer such as striker and midfield as well.

I am considering majors along the lines of Health and Wellness, Psychology, and/or Physical Therapy.
