Athletics has been a natural ability of mine while growing up, which I have realized has been imperative towards my future success. Soccer has taught me to not only play until the last whistle blows, but to build upon relationships along the way. The mindset of a champion goes further than the 90 minute game on the field. The mental and physical shape of the game has allowed me to continue on my path towards greatness. The commitment I have to myself and others through my personality allows me to be a great leader, which is a crucial part of a team sport. My passion for this mindset is the driving force to better those around me and cultivate a team environment that I feel I work best in. Whether it be adversity on the field, academics, or general life, I feel that I am equipped to handle these moments while performing at my highest potential. I am a versatile player that usually plays forward and center back, but can play any position on the field as I will do whatever it takes to help my team. I played JV soccer during 8th grade and my freshman year I was a starter on the varsity team for soccer and basketball. I have also been on varsity track since 7th grade.
