Hello! Thank you for reading my profile and considering me for your team.  

I attend Lansing High School in Lansing, NY and I have a GPA of 86%.  My plan is to pursue a career in psychology or criminal justice.  I am a junior graduating in June 2023.   

I started playing soccer when I was 3 at a recreational level and fell in love with the game. At age 8 I started playing club, where I learned to work with others as a team and continued to grow physically and mentally while being challenged by my coaches. 

For the next 6 years I worked hard to achieve a starting spot on Dryden High School’s varsity team as an 8th grader and was named to the IAC All Star Team.  Being 13 playing varsity was tough but I loved it.  It made me stronger and more determined to succeed.  

One of the hardest things for me was transferring to Lansing High School and having to sit out my 9th grade varsity year due to the NYSPHSAA transfer regulations.  I learned to still be a team player from the sidelines, and cheer for my new team and contribute in other ways, even when I couldn't be out on the field doing what I love.  I didn't know it then, that I would also miss my 10th grade fall season the next year due to Covid - 19.  I was so thankful when I was able to play again for my high school team when they allowed us a Spring Season 2021. I was even chose as ESPN Athlete of the Week for my leadership on the field. Our 2021 Fall season was a huge success we won 2nd place for sectionals and I was named 4th team All State. 

Even though my high school career has had some interruptions, I am thankful for my club teams and the ability to continue to play soccer with friends from all over NY.  I currently play soccer year round for the BC United Club Premier 2004 Girls Team.  I also play in the Ithaca Co-Ed Adult League during summers.  On all my teams I love playing a leadership role, and feel I have the drive and passion to inspire my team.  I continue to meet my personal goals and work hard to be able to pursue soccer in college at a high level.

My club team,  currently plays in the US Youth Soccer North Atlantic EDP League and  DPL- Development Player League. I am a defender and mostly play center back with my club team, but also play center defensive mid.
