Personal Statement
I'm an averaged height player, weighing around 130, and I love to be on a break away with my speed. I feel that my biggest accomplishment is being able to point out my own mistakes after playing for eight years, almost nine now, and being able to go in my back yard to fix them. During the summer when I'm not working, I try to get a maximum of 5 hours with a soccer ball outside just working on things so I can improve and be a impact on making my team stronger when I'm on the field. I think that being a leader on the field is a big factor of being on a team. I also think that you should always know your teammates strengths and weaknesses so you can work off of what they have as a player. My main goal since about 8th grade was to get into college with high grades and be noticed for soccer. I have such a passion for this game and anyone who knows who I am would agree with that. Playing soccer in college, and even beyond that, is my biggest dream. My dream school has always been UNC at Chapill Hill. It just seems like an overall perfect environment and school for me but of course there are many other schools I would be interested in going to. I want to be on a college team that will become my second family and that they play their hearts out every game. My family isn't the richest and I know that without any type of scholarships it will be hard for me to go to a good college so that's why these past couple of years I have been working so hard. I want to succeed in life more than anything. I would really love to major in either the medical or athletic fields. I'm mostly leaning towards being a physical therapist now a days. My goal is to play on a college team! I want to be on a team with a coach who is always ready to win and work as much as we need to in order to win.
