Audrey Sherman '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Audrey Sherman and I am a junior from Wilmington, North Carolina. I am a student-athlete committed to giving my best effort on and off the field. I have always held myself to high standards in the classroom and on the field. Last year I was named to the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society while maintaining a strong GPA in all honors and AP classes. Academic opportunities are a priority for me as I consider where I continue to play soccer in college. 

Over my soccer career, I have played in many different positions. For my ECNL team, I primarily play in the midfield. However, for varsity school soccer at Cape Fear Academy, I anchor the defense as a center back where I have earned numerous awards and accolades. Through this experience, I have learned different techniques and strategies that have improved my overall performance and knowledge of the game. I have often been described as adaptable and coachable. My coaches have praised my leadership qualities and my ability to lead by example with my strong work ethic, perseverance, and constant support of my teammates. 

My future goals beyond soccer include maximizing my college experience in pursuit of a career in the sciences after graduation. Thank you for reading my profile, I look forward to learning more about your program.
