I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. It‘s my passion! In soccer, I have been able to develop not just my soccer skills but I have also gained amazing lifelong friendships in my teammates and former teammates, leadership skills that have shaped me on and off the field, resilience in setbacks I have faced and tenacity as I overcame those setbacks, skills in advocating for myself and taking ownership of my development and confidence on and off the field.
For me, soccer has been a mirror to life. It has shown me the things I naturally excel at and highlighted my vulnerabilities as well. It has pointed me to my eventual career. I don’t remember a time when I didn’t play soccer and can’t imagine a time when I ever won’t! Playing at the collegiate level has been my goal since I was young. I‘m a very versatile player who is coachable and a good teammate. I’m passionate and care as much about doing the right thing as I do about winning. I am confident that I will be an asset to my future college program!
