Sydney Yeager '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 3rd year Varsity player,  playing the position of goal keeper. I have played all 4 years of High School. I have also played club soccer for Impact for a season while also playing High School Lacrosse so it is difficult to play Spring soccer. I am a strong communicator on and off the field, making sure the 10 in front of me feel confident and know what is going on at all times in the game. Going the extra mile with training, camps and workouts is what I believe it takes to be on top of your game. Even in the off season I am training with private coaches and fitness trainers to keep in shape. I want to attend somewhere that I can prove myself that I am worthy to start and I am not afraid to work hard to get there. I want to attend a University not only for its academics but for its intercollegiate athletics. Belonging to a close group the past four years, I am looking for that also in a program. It is important to trust the players and form relationships so that they do feel confident with each other on and off the field. I am an aggressive player with good diving and ball skills.
