Lily Mackiewicz '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, coaches! I started playing soccer my freshman year, when I was reminded of my love for the game. I became passionate about playing and reaching my full potential. In order to do this I made a promise to myself that everyday I would be a little bit better than I was the day before.I use a strong work ethic and determination to reach my individual goals, and I always demand excellence from myself. I also love what being on a team means. A group of people pushing each other to reach a common goal. I am constantly building up my teammates during games and talking through ideas/issues during practice. I believe using my leadership skills to uplift my teammates is one of my greatest attributes. I have natural athleticism which helps me be a great shot stopper. I enjoy hard work and pushing myself. I do this off the field as well. I take honors classes as well as A.P. courses. I believe pushing myself to be the best version of myself makes me a great teammate as well as a better person.
