My love for the sport of soccer has always been with me since I was little. I used to play basketball at a very high level (winning 3 provincial championships) but when it came down to picking one or the other, I chose soccer because I love it. I am hardworking, driven, respectful, responsible and uplifting to every one on and off the pitch. I am always staying positive no matter the circumstances. A change in someone’s attitude can be a change in the game. I strongly believe in “teamwork makes the dream work” but when it comes down to a 1v1 situation I am eager to beat my defender and score a goal or assist a teammate. I am strong in 1v1’s, speed, skills, and I have strong endurance. When I lose the ball I do everything in my power to get it back by being aggressive and staying composed. I like to light up the pitch as soon as I come on, and change the tempo in my team’s favour. I have been told by multiple coaches that I bring the intensity and speed to the game. While valuing soccer so much, I value school the same. Soccer motivates me to study hard and pay attention to get good grades so I can pursue my dream to be a collage soccer player, and graduate with a business degree. All I want is to win and I will do whatever it takes.
