Emmersyn Roy '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches, I am Emmersyn Roy and at 16 years old, I’ve been playing the sport I love—soccer—for more than half my life! I live in a small town—Caledonia Ontario, Canada and I have been playing the last several seasons for a highly ranked OPDL team, Hamilton United Elite (HUE).  I was also invited to participate in the Canadian National Development Centre (NDC-ON) intake camp (Oct/Nov 2023). This season I have made the move across the border to play in the US in the ECNL for WNY Flash. 

I am an adaptable midfielder—I enjoy the offensive upside of CAM as well as the defensive tactical side of playing CDM. I am dedicated to always working on my skills and fitness, but I am equally focussed on my academics. I look forward to the next exciting phase of my soccer career—playing at the college/university level,  and I intend to put the work in to make my dream a reality.
