I’m an incredibly motivated person and I love to make others around me feel included and valued. My number one aspiration in life is to play the sport I love at the highest level while also receiving an enriching education. I have been playing soccer since I was just four years old and education has always been a top priority. I always put my maximum effort into no matter what I do. In elementary school,I placed 1st in Cross-Country every year as well as Track and Field. I participated on Student Council as the Minister of Communication and was part of many clubs and extracurricular activities including volleyball and soccer. I was voted Athlete of the Month for SportsExpress and won the Female Athlete Award for my school at my graduation. I was beyond excited to continue doing what I love in highschool. I played volleyball in grade 10 and now in grade 11 and varsity soccer. I was awarded MVP of both teams as well as being designated the captain. From an educational perspective, I have been top of my classes every year with a 4.0 GPA. I am also currently on the Mock Trial team representing my school. Another ambition of mine is to pursue a career in criminal law. I am taking law class in both grade 11 and 12 and being on the Mock Trial team has only further increased my desire to become a lawyer later in life. I have developed great work habits from many jobs I've had, including working at a grocery store and tutoring children in subjects like Math, English and French. I was honoured to be nominated captain this 2020 season by my teammates in Peterborough City. I am an excellent candidate for a high level team because I'm a good listener, I love to learn new things, and I always try my very best with any given task. My height and speed have always given me a helpful advantage over other competitors. I know I can bring a different perspective and a new set of skills to a team.
