Aurora Hammerstedt '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aurora Hammerstedt. I am 20-years old. I just finished my second year playing at Portland Community College and I am looking to transfer for the 2026/2027 season. 

My first year at PCC I played as a center back. I started 15/15 games and played over 700 minutes. Our team made it to the conference playoffs and I was selected as an NWAC First Team All-Star. 

Throughout my sophomore year, I was a team captain and played a mix of holding-mid and centerback throughout the season. I started 14/14 games and played over 700 minutes. Our team made it to conference playoffs again and I was selected as an NWAC First Team All-Star for holding-mid. In addition, I was selected as NWAC player of the week for October 20-26.  

I’m easily coachable as I like to understand different perspectives that can improve my game and how my team can connect with the ball. I have a calm and empowering character on the pitch and I believe that this mindset is an influence to the result of the game.
