Hi Coaches! My name is Maya Bassi, I’m a 2025 Center back. I am an aggressive, hardworking and coachable player looking to continue to play soccer post secondary. I prevent and stop scoring opportunities from opponents defensively, with my aggressive 1v1’s dominance in the air, my ability to read plays, as well as my great communication. I help initiate attacking with my penetrating passes, long throw ins, and great free kicks. I am a multi sport athlete that also plays volleyball and run’s track. I have a 4.0 average and when I’m not playing soccer or studying I am at the gym, or going on long hikes with my dogs. I am looking to make a positive difference and be a crucial part to your team, with my good attitude and work ethic.
