Samantha Heimbuck '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sammy Heimbuck and I am currently a Junior at Scappoose High school, graduating class of 2024. My goal is the play collegiate soccer at the highest level possible. I believe hard work and determination can get me there. I have been a part of a club soccer team called FC Portland since 7th grade. I am also currently on Scappoose Highschool Girls Soccer Varsity Team. I play primarily Outside Midfield but I have previous experience in Center Midfield and Center Defense as well. I am very versatile and have knowledge about every position on the field. I have also been a part of the '06 Portland Thorns ODP team for a season. After high school season ends I start back up with my club team, while also running track. I maintain a 3.7 GPA while taking AP/IB and Honors classes as well. I am currently the ASB Cabinet Member for my class, a member of NHS and have been involved in my school's leadership since the 6th grade.
