Asia Whittenberger '18 Recruiting Profile

I love soccer and have loved it since I was 4 years old. I've been wanting to play college soccer since I was probably 12 years old. To better my game, I do goalie training and weight train. I believe I could fit in well with any team not only because of my play, but I get along with everyone and I'm funny as well!! My academics are important to me, and I'd like to find a school where I'll have a nice balance between the two. My GPA is 3.7 and my class rank is 48/154. I'd really like a career ranging from film to media, so a college with any major pertaining to those careers would be ideal. I'd love to be on a suburban campus. As of right now, I am a part-time Sound Engineer in my school's TV studio, but I plan to fight for that full-time role for the rest of my high school career. I love learning new things, especially with different cultures around the world. I plan on going Division 1, but wherever I end up with my college career, all I hope is that I look back and am happy with the choice in college I make.
