All through high school I have had a 3.5 GPA and I have been able to fulfill all my student and soccer player responsibilities. Therefore, my collegiate goals and aspirations are to complete a bachelor’s degree with the goal of having the same or better grade point average. Subsequently, I plan for it to help me study Law afterwards.
I consider to have a very strong character because I was raised in an environment of strict discipline. My upbringing has given me very powerful values like: honesty, compassion and understanding. I always strive to be honest with myself, my parents, teachers, coaches, and friends because I would like to receive the same honesty by them.
Without a doubt, I consider myself to be very dedicated in everything I do. Meaning, that I am very organized and can handle both school and sports. I am a good candidate for a college team because of my perseverance and confidence in myself, my record both in sports and academics reflects these. Sometimes there are difficult situations and I always find the way to stay calm and keep going. Furthermore, this is one of many characteristics that make me different from other recruits.
I do not lose my way of playing just because I am nervous or in an uncomfortable situation; I always keep my head in the game. In other words, I find an uncomfortable situation a way of proving I will not let anyone down, nor me, without facing it with my head up high until I reach a satisfactory solution.
As a young women, bilingual student, and athlete; I think that I would be of added value to any organization or team whose goals are to succeed by working hard and dedication. I have learned from playing soccer since the age of 11, that team work is the key to a successful season and winning, the same is applicable in academics.
Thanks for allowing me share a glance of my life with you.
