Kate Rafferty '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a motivated student-athlete looking to make an impact at a Division 2 or 3 soccer program in the Northeast.

I play three sports (soccer, basketball, track) in high school while keeping a 4.8 GPA in the top 10 of my class. I was named to the 2024 2nd Team All-State Soccer team and to the Division II All-Tournament team where my team played in the Rhode Island State championship game for the third straight year. My 2023 high school team completed an undefeated season, winning the Division III Rhode Island State Championship.  I was named to the 2022 and 2023 Rhode Island All-State Soccer team for Division III and the 2022 Rhode Island All-Tournament Team for Division III where our team played in the state championship game as well.

I've played every position on the field in Club soccer but mostly play Midfield at the 6 with my RI Surf Elite Blue G2007 team.  Our team qualified for the DPL Nationals in 2022, 2023 and 2024 and I was named to the DPL Perform All-Star team at the 2023 Nationals in Ohio. Our 2024 team advanced to the U17 DPL National Championship Game in Norco, CA.

My coaches will tell you that I am a strong and supportive teammate as well.
