My name is Adrienne Arriaga and I go by Julie. I am a Junior in STEM academy at James Martin HS in Arlington. If I had to describe myself in 3 words it would be determined, smart, and funny. I am very competitive, that's what drives me as a student and as an athlete. I love soccer which is why I have played since the age of 4. Soccer has given me the opportunity to travel and friends and coaches that are just like family to me. I work hard for my team, and I expect the same from my teammates.
I play for Dfeeters/Kicks ECNL '00 , Premiere League, National League. 4 time State Cup Champs, competed in Regionals & Nationals the past 4 years. Last year we were the Region III champs! The experience has truly been phenomenal to play against some of the top talent in the nation. I play Varsity soccer for the Martin High School Lady Warriors. So far in my HS campaign -Freshman & sophomore year 2nd Team All District, Junior year-1st Team All district & Team Captain. For my club campaign (most recent) -State Cup: Champions 2018, SRPL West: Second Place (5-2) , 2017 Southern Regional Championships Quarterfinals 2017-18, National League Red: Fourth Place (3-2-2).
I can compete on all levels. I am a midfielder but also played forward and defender positions.
I love helping people and making a difference , I am pursuing a degree in education. I also aspire to be a high school soccer coach.
I am looking for a college that can take my drive, talent and ambition and use it to help win a championship.
