Sophia Ferrer '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sophia Ferrer and I've been playing soccer for 12 years and became a goalkeeper around 10 years old. I have a strong passion for soccer and wish to continue the sport at a college that can support my endeavors. 

I've played on a club travel team for the past 3 years, playing in states such as North Carolina, Florida, and California. I'm part of the South Texas Olympic Development Program. On Monday's I also mentor kids as junior coach for younger goalkeepers.

Academics have always been a priority to me; I partake in advanced and AP classes as well as participating in various clubs such as Student Council and National Honors Society.
