Isabella Keckler '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Isabella Keckler. I am a 16 year old attacking midfielder and forward in the Central Texas area. I am a sophomore and in the graduating class of 2027 at Westwood High School (Round Rock ISD) with aspirations of playing soccer at the highest level possible for college and beyond. 

I am committed to excellence on and off the field. I am dedicated to making me and my team better. I am the first one to arrive, last to leave, and first to offer help to others. I take advantage of opportunities to improve my game including, private training sessions, ID camps, formal and informal fitness training routines, training with older and higher-level players, and studying matches to improve my tactical knowledge. I play for FIERCE United and will be leading my team this year as captain in the State Classic League.

I have a passion for soccer and many aspects of the game. In addition to playing at a high level, I have served as a junior coach with my club, coaching younger girls from ages seven through eleven, including both training and match coaching. I also earned a US Soccer referee license and have experience refereeing outdoor soccer and indoor futsal.

Academically I have a high school GPA of 4.0, maintaining straight A’s in both middle school and high school. I am interested in graphic design and sports management. This year I am taking three advanced and AP courses. I am a member of the National Junior Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and have aspirations to apply for membership in the National Honor Society.

Soccer has taught me many life lessons that help me on and off the field including teamwork, perseverance, sacrifice, patience, and hard work. Whether athletics or academics, I always put 110% in whatever I do, because I have found that doing so helps me achieve my goals.
