I have played soccer since kindergarten becoming a goalie in third grade. I have played a wide variety of recreational sports ultimately focusing on soccer to play at a club level. I was selected for varsity as a freshman and have been starting since sophomore year. My high school team has won the Southwest Preparatory Conference in the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons as well as being ranked ninth in the nation by Prep Soccer’s Fab 50 listing of winter teams for 2021-2022. I have grit and determination and am a keeper with strong shot stopping abilities and a love for the game. I play well with others both on and off the field and push myself to be the best player and student I can be. I go to a highly academically oriented school therefore I have become accustomed to balancing both academic and athletic demands. I am a well rounded student who has maintained a high GPA throughout my high school career with strengths in math and science. I have an interest in environmental sciences/studies and related fields and am looking for a school where I can succeed as both a player and a student.
