Hello, my name is Bella Lindsey and I am a freshmen at Lampasas High School in Texas. If you are wondering where Lampasas is, it is located about an hour north of Austin. I haven't let living in a small town stop me from having big goals. I have been involved in sports since a very young age and started competing at the age of 5 in summer track. I have competed at the Games of Texas a few times and have qualified for the Junior Olympics twice. I love competing! I joined a club soccer team in third grade because my friend's team was short players. I fell in love with soccer! I have not stopped playing since then until last year when I was forced to sit out due to injury. Sitting out was one of the hardest things I have ever done as an athlete. All I have ever done is compete in sports, whether it was volleyball, basketball, track, or soccer. However, the lessons I have learned throughout that process are lessons I use in my daily life. I live each day to the fullest knowing that in a split second it can all be taken away. I always give 110% in practice and in competition. Right now, as a freshmen in high school I am a Varsity cheerleader, a setter for the Junior Varsity volleyball team, play soccer with my Force family in the Frontier League, and Varsity soccer with my school team. I also run track on the Varsity track team and just recently qualified for the Area track meet. I am a Christian athlete that knows that God has blessed me with these athletic gifts and I will not take them for granted.
