Isabella Lindsey '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Bella Lindsey and I am a junior at Lampasas High School in Texas.  If you are wondering where Lampasas is, it is located about an hour north of Austin.  I haven't let living in a small town stop me from having big goals.  I have been involved in sports since a very young age and started competing at the age of 5 in summer track.  I have competed at the Games of Texas a few times and have qualified for the Junior Olympics twice.  I love competing!  I joined a club soccer team in third grade because my friend's team was short players.  I fell in love with soccer!  I have only  stopped playing  for short time when I was forced to sit out due to injury and recovery.  Sitting out was one of the hardest things I have ever done as an athlete.   All I have ever done is compete in sports, whether it was volleyball, basketball, track, or soccer.  However, the lessons I learned throughout that process are lessons I use in my daily life.  I live each day to the fullest knowing that in a split second it can all be taken away.  I always give 110% in practice and in competition.  This past year, as a sophomore in high school, I was a Varsity cheerleader, a setter for the Varsity volleyball team, and a Varsity soccer player, where I played forward.   I am currently ranked #15 in my class and in the Top 5%.  I take my academics very seriously and truly understand what it means to be a student athlete.  Thank you for visiting my profile!
