Karizma Reyes '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Karizma Reyes. I am a rising Junior at Weiss HS in Pflugerville, Texas, playing on their Varsity team since my freshman year. My primary position on my HS team is at left wing, however, coaches have found that I am extremely versatile on the pitch, switching me as the game needs, from outside back and outside mid, to midfield. Playing a variety of positions not only allows me to display my versatility, but also my vision and strong work ethic, not only contributing to the defense but as well as to the attack. Soccer is not just a sport to me; soccer is where I go to learn, grow, challenge myself, and to where I am able to lead by example.

At the core of who I am, is my faith and journey with the Lord. It not only shapes who I am, and directs what I do, but it  guides me with humility and helps me find purpose. I bring that mindset to every practice, every game, and every aspect of life. 

My biggest driving force is my family. I love to make them proud not only by showing up to work hard, but by executing the work, by being consistent, concentrated, and staying committed during all the extra hours of training. I always bring a positive attitude and good communication to the pitch to help my way of play.

I am looking for a college that not only challenges me both in the classroom and on the field, but also one that holds your character above just a great performance. I want to play at the highest level available while still being able to grow more into who I am as a person. That person being one of strong faith, who excels academically, and is known as an incredible athletic contributor.
