I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old on a co-ed rec team. My parents signed me up because I needed an outlet for my extreme energy, aggression and desire to run. It was a match made in heaven, and nothing has changed! I believe I'm a great candidate for a collegiate team because I have the drive to succeed and grow, & the leadership qualities to inspire and encourage the best from my teammates. I was 2017-2018 7th grade MVP athlete (voted on by the coaching/ teaching staff of Rogers Middle School). While I'm also involved in recreational and school basketball, track, and volleyball, soccer will always be my first love in sports (and my priority!). Because my schedule is loaded with various team trainings, and skills and agility for soccer, I have to really make the time to study and do well in school. I'm a straight A dyslexic student. I’m willing to do the work. I find that my success in grades comes from being structured, diligent & consistent. . . a lot like I strive to be on the field!
