Caroline Marini '22 Recruiting Profile

I am the co-captain of our team and possess strong leadership skills. I am a defensive player, with experience at the 4, 3 and 2. My style of play is aggressive and physical and I excel at taking the ball out of the air. With this skill I am often brought up for corners and free kicks. I also think building out of the back is an important skill and I have worked hard to improve my ability and instinct to do that. I have played club soccer since I was eight years old and have been in championships from League Cup to the 2017 Far West Regional Championships and I know what it feels like to perform under pressure and in big games.
