Addison Eli '26 Recruiting Profile

Hey coaches! My name is Addison Rose Eli. I currently play for the Dallas Texans ECNL 06/07G. I am a forward/midfielder and enjoy playing at this level.  I love soccer and constantly work hard to improve in all areas of my game.

I’m a junior at Grace Community School in Tyler, TX and have straight A’s.  For the 2022, 2023, and 2024 seasons, as a freshman, sophomore, and now junior, I was named a captain of the varsity women’s soccer team and starter at center attacking midfielder. I earned the district MVP award both years, 1st Team ALL DISTRICT Midfielder and STATE Honorable Mention my freshman year.   My sophomore year we won the State Championship and I was named to the ALL STATE first team and state tournament first team.  I also ran track and set new school relay records with my team. I’m excited to get started with this year’s cougar sports! Go Cougars! 

I’m also on the 07G North Texas ODP team representing NTX! We have participated in several showcases and traveled to London to play friendlies against British academies with the STXODP 05 & 06 teams. That was an amazing experience! In July 2023, I was selected and attended the US Youth Soccer South ODP Summer ID Event in Charlotte, NC. I had so much fun leaning from new coaches and getting to play against girls from the southern states!

I am a good candidate for your team because I am a very committed team player and am willing to sacrifice almost anything to train, practice, and compete.  I have an elite work ethic, but what sets me apart from other players is that I genuinely love playing soccer and wouldn’t rather be doing anything else. I score a lot, usually lead in assists and try to help make others better when I play with them. Most of my teammates would describe me as unselfish, but I am competitive so winning is my goal! I started playing soccer when I was just four-years-old with my dad as the coach. Later I played on a Dallas Classic Club team, Rose City Strikers, where I was also the leading scorer. More recently I have played for the Dallas Texans ECRL 07G and now the ECNL 06/07G teams, and I am so excited to play at the collegiate level and maybe even beyond. 

When I’m not at school or soccer, I like to go to church, spend time with my family, and hang out with my friends. We like to play with our pets, go bowling, travel, eat, watch movies, and practice soccer! I’m a people person so I make friends wherever I go and with whomever I am around.
