I believe that I am a good candidate because even though I am quite not the best as other athletes I will give it all I got in practice and if I make a mistake I will try my hardest to improve it because I know I can have better results if I just put my mind to it. Regardless, if I am struggling in practice I tell myself that all the hard work will pay off in the field so I have to keep going for it. I am confident to reach high potential if I listen to my coach and try to understand what my coach wants me to do in practice and in the field in order to improve for the team or for myself. Therefore, when it comes to my academics I do my best to have high grades and to put my education first so I can focus later on soccer rather than using my extra time to do late work. So when I finish my assignments I could have extra time to practice on soccer or workout out to get stronger and faster for the sport. In conclusion, I believe that I am an outstanding candidate because I will work hard to makes sure I improve over time for my team, I will focus on getting my education finished so I can focus on my sport, and I take my education serious because I know that it is important to me.
