Ella McCarthy '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a one sport athlete, which gives me even more drive to always be on my best game, and to show all I have to offer. Throughout my years playing the sport, I have been able to show my leadership skills. I am able to get along with just about anyone, and like playing with anyone who has just as much passion as I do for the game. Off the field, I work hard at school, and am willing to put in extra hours to do as well as I can in my classes. I bring confidence, mental toughness, a positive attitude, and skill to wherever I play. As much as I love to win, I know how to lose with respect, and often take losses as a chance to figure out what we should work on as a team, because one person doesn't define a team. My biggest dream is to be able to have the opportunity to play college soccer, and I won't stop working hard until I can prove myself.
