Sofia Brooks '25 Recruiting Profile

It has always been my plan to go to college, I come from a long line of engineers and I am interested in the field of STEM. Math and science are classes that I really enjoy and excel in and I know with an engineering degree I will have a marketable and employable skill once I graduate. Soccer has been my favorite sport since I was in kindergarten and this summer I had the amazing experience of getting to play in Spain. The Spain trip, playing against international teams who play a very different style of soccer than what I am used to, helped show me how beautiful the game really is. My passion for soccer has continued to grow and I realize that I want to continue playing and competing at a higher level once I leave high school. If I can earn my college degree while getting to play the sport I love, it would be a dream come true.
