I give direction, so the team can best support one another.
I play center back–a position that requires me to see and direct my teammates. This includes where they are positioned, what they are doing, and how they do it. If I do this well, it gives us all a better chance of performing at a high level, because we will be able to better support one another. This is a good metaphor for how I like to live my life. I enjoy helping others through what they are engaged with, overcoming problems, and putting themselves in a place that will allow them to support others.
I approach life and work with a well-rounded and effective mindset. I am driven by a desire to solve problems. I do this by thinking creatively and generating new ideas. I then dive in and research extensively until I fully understand a subject or problem. From there, I carefully consider options before making decisions. Ultimately, I am driven to meet and exceed expectations and have a desire for continuous learning and improvement. This combination of goal-setting, growth, creative thinking, informed decision-making, and resolution, is my formula for success.
