I’ve been playing soccer since I was five-years-old, where my love and passion for this game began. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, I learned many different skills and views for the game which helped me grow as an athlete in beneficial ways I wouldn't have noticed before. I’ve strived to play at a high level of sports, starting from a very young age, by watching the Sounders, Reign, Storm and more.
I currently play on OL Reign Academy’s 2008 GA team as a 2/3 and 7/11, but have experience in playing everywhere on the field from previous years. During freshman season, I volunteered to step in as a goalie for half the season due to teammates’ injuries. Seeing other perspectives helps me in my primary spots, knowing what I need from that spot to help the game flow.
Working hard on and off the field not just in soccer, but in school, as well as doing my best to maintain healthy relationships with friends and family is important to me. In the classroom, I work hard to maintain strong grades as I hope to study some form of science at a college that keeps high standards and pushes me to my full potential.
Family and friends are very important to me, as going through life without that support would be almost impossible. I’m grateful to have such amazing people in my life that help me be my best. I continue to try to be the best role model I can be, so I can help others to be their best.
I want to go to a college that will challenge me on and off the field. A team that has good chemistry and is there for each other is very important, as well. I hope to come out of college a better person with a great understanding of what is happening around me and how I can make a positive difference in the world.
