My goal is to play at the highest level I can. I still have a lot to learn with soccer but feel like I have a sold foundation and have had good coaching throughout the 10 plus years I have played. Although soccer has always been my favorite sport, I played both soccer and basketball competitively until this year where I decided to focus solely on soccer. As a result I am now playing with a team that is competing at a much higher level than I did previously so it is pushing me to grow. I have always like to play forward and midfield so with my new team I am playing attacking center midfield which is a perfect combination of both positions for me. I am also a versitile player as I usually take the corner kicks and PK's and can do well with any free kicks I'm asked to take.
I want to attend a good academic school because as much as I like soccer I think academics are more important, however, because I could get a career ending injury at any time. I am starting at a college prep high school this year as a freshman and plan to take the hardest classes I can so I can hopefully get some credits toward college before I graduate from high-school. I am not a risk for a coach as I will do whatever it takes to be a contributor on the team and will not be a risk of dropping out of school as I simply won't let that happen.
