Leadership has always taken a part of me; working towards better strategies and achievement for not only me, but for the whole team has made realize that I love making a a change for the better of my team.I am very open up with learning about how I can do better and perceiving towards achieving success on the long run. Communication is a another key point about me for without it we would not know what is going around as we are playing on the field without knowing what the game plan is. We cooperate as one big family and we believe that if we win as a team, we lose as a team as well no matter what for we are one:)
