I began swimming when I was a tiny 6th grader and I instantly fell in love with the sport. Since then, my high school seasons have taken me farther than I ever imagined I could go in swimming and I want to continue to improve at the collegiate level. Sadly, my junior year swim season was taken away from me due to COVID-19, but I won't let that hold me back from improving every single day in my upcoming senior season. If chosen for your swim team, I will work hard and prove that I deserve to be there every single day. I will also show promise in the classroom because I have managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA or higher throughout my high school career and plan on continuing that same strong work ethic in college. Swimming has taught me many things, but the one lesson that stands out to me the most is that you get out what you put in. Because of this, I am constantly trying to better myself in all aspects so I can achieve the very best.
