The main things that make my swimming, academics, community service, and occupation worth while are the experiences I have had the pleasure of enduring, and the people I am happy to say I include in my life. Teamwork and companionship mean so much to me, and being the captain of my high school team allows me to enact those virtues. I take swimming, academics and my other extracurriculars seriously, in order to excel in those aspects. I have so much gratitude for the people who have granted me the opportunities in my life, including my parents, coaches, and seven siblings. I am the assistant coach for a summer swim team, and displaying leadership is something I always strive to do, inside or outside the workplace.
