Anushka Sonambekar '25 Recruiting Profile

A year-round swimmer (14 hours per week) on the Chattahoochee Gold Swim Team. A proud member of the State and Varsity “Swim and Dive” Team at Walton High School, Marietta GA. I have achieved Senior State Cuts for the 100 Butterfly (1:02.05) and 100 Backstroke (1:02.23). Some other personal best times in Short Course Yards (SCY) are 50 Freestyle (26.57), 100 Freestyle (56.58), 100 Breast Stoke (1.13.79) and 200 Individual Medley (2:18.08). As a STEM student in Advanced Math and Science pathway, and a music enthusiast in the “a Capella” choir of Walton High, I would love to swim for a D3 team in college while pursuing my undergraduate degree.
