As a swimmer, I’ve learned, that no matter what you go through, you’ll always finish on top if you work hard. I began swimming competitively in 2016 in Cedar Falls,Ia at Black Hawk Blast. Swam for several years until COVID hit. Began swimming again my sophomore year in High School. Despite the time being away, I’ve worked hard at continuously improving to drop time in both my breast and free. I am a very coachable athlete, with a desire of continuous improvement. Whenever I’m in the pool, my goal is always, to be better than yesterday. Due to my passion for swim, I‘ve spent my last 2 summers working as a Certified Lifeguard, through American Red Cross, for the City of Chicago, also certified in Adult and Child CPR w/ AED Certification. I will be working towards obtaining certification to teach lessons in the future. Im an AP, honor roll student, that will be majoring in Psychology, minoring in Nutrition. I will be a Clinical Psychiatrist, specializing in treatment for adolescence and young adults, struggling with eating disorders. I’ve recently completed a psy/ social work internship in the spring of 2024. Ive recently completed and earned my certification in Teen mental health first aid. My passion for achievement would make me a great asset to any team as I am very goal oriented and work hard at everything I do!
