Hi, I’m Molly Allison class of 2026 from Sycamore, Illinois. I have been swimming for as long as I can remember. My parents had me in swim lessons when I was just three months old. I joined the swim team at the local YMCA when I was 7 and have loved the sport ever since. I am currently swimming for the DeKalb-Sycamore Coop for high school season and for the St. Charles Swim Team during club season.
I have played other sports growing up (travel soccer and travel basketball), but swimming is my passion and focus. I enjoy the process that goes with swimming. Set your goals, work hard and then go compete. The feeling that I get when I achieve one of those goals is second to none. I have been fortunate enough to have great coaches and teammates help me with these goals. Last year, I was able to win several YMCA state championships as well as qualify and place at Age Groups. As a sophomore, I qualified for IHSA state in two events and am looking forward to competing against some faster competition at the ISI State Championships. I want to continue my swimming journey beyond high school at the highest level possible. I am looking forward to the recruiting process and finding the best fit for me academically and athletically. Please let me know if you have any questions.
