Kaitlin Flewelling '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I’m Kaitlin Flewelling!

I'm currently a sophomore at Crown Point High School and am a straight A student. Up until this year, I've been homeschooled. Homeschooling has taught me to be self-motivated, hard-working, and focused in my studies, in athletics, and in life. In the future I'm searching for a college that is the best fit both athletically and academically. I always strive to earn the best grades because I know it will not only affect me now, but later as well. That same strive for success transfers to the pool. I love to compete, but I equally enjoy cheering my teammates on and congratulating them when they have a good swim.  My focus on teamwork would be an asset to building team community. I’ve been in my local swim club for six years and have learned so much from those experiences. I have also been diving for 2 years. Every day I hope to make myself better than I was yesterday, not only in the pool but out of the pool too.  My goal is to swim at the highest level possible.

Some things you may not know about me is that I have two older sisters. I love anything to do with gnomes and sharks. Crafting, reading, candy and cake making, and hanging out with friends are some of the ways I like to pass the time when I’m not in the pool. 😊
