Personal Statement
Hi. I'm Jess. I'm a 17 year old open water and pool swimmer, and would love nothing more than for the opportunity to study and swim abroad. I feel that i am a suitable candidate for a college swim team as i am positive, hardworking and extremely determined. Once i set my mind on something i put in everything i can to get there. I had the privilege of representing my country in open water swimming, am driven to achieve good results at school and feel i am a versatile swimmer, ready to train hard and give of my best, with a smile.
I am positive, outgoing and love experiencing new things. It is this that i feel sets me apart from the rest. I am doing everything i can to try and get the opportunity to study and swim abroad, and if i was lucky enough to get this opportunity i would take it with both hands, work extremely hard both in the pool and the classroom, and enjoy every moment.
