Personal Statement
Hello,
My Name is Samantha Currier I weigh about 115 pound and Iam 5 feet, 4 inches tall. I swim for the Turners Falls Indians. I started swimming when I was 6 years old and I have progressed since then. Before I swam highschool, I swam for a US team called the Amherst Tritons Swim Team. Swimming for them has taken me to many colleges around New England and the Eastern part of the country. Since I have been swimming there, I have gotten 3 top ten in New Enlgand awards and have been to Zone Sectional swim meets in both Buffalo University and Pennsylvania State. When I started swimming highschool, in my seventh grade year I qualified for the Western Mass Championships and the State Championships. My goal for swimming is to go to the Junior National Swim Meet. I was a captain on my highschool team as well.Iam interested in many different types of colleges, I would like to go to a big school with a lot of diversity. Iam open to many different types of schools though.
