Erin Gard '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erin Gard I am from Salem, MA. I am 5'6" and a current senior at Salem High School. I am a 3 year varsity athlete, and have been MVP for all 3 years. I will be graduating in June 2012. I have been swimming for a club team called YMCA of the North shore Sharks for 12 years now. I am very aware I started the recruiting process late and plan to make up my lost time by working hard. I want to swim in college, and I will swim for any division level. I will swim for any college on the east coast but I will consider other schools in other parts of the country. I plan to study Criminal Justice, and Psychology in college. I prefer small, and medium sized schools. I am the current swim team captain at Salem High, and I am hard working and will work to achieve my goals whether it be in life or in the pool. I have been swimming for most of my life and I love the sport so it would mean the world to me to continue swimming in college. I have the passion, and the drive to accomplish anything I want to. I plan to continue my education at college and I want to swim at college, no matter the Division level.
