Hailey Stotko '26 Recruiting Profile

When I was four years old, my parents took me to Florida. My older sister was swimming back in forth in the pool at the condo we were staying at. I told my parents, I wanted to swim with no floaties like my sister.  My parents let me take off my floaties, stood close by me, and let me try.  To their surprise I took off.  The stroke wasn’t pretty, but I made it all the way across the pool.  I kept practicing every day on vacation, and by the time we left, I was swimming just as fast as my sister.  

The feeling of accomplishment I had when I was four, is still what drives me today!  I am consistently setting new and challenging goals for myself.  I pride myself in being competitive in all of the strokes, and in any distance, which allows my coaches to strategically place me to help the success of the team.

I may only be a freshman in high school, but know I want to continue my swimming career through college and beyond.  If you are looking for someone who is a hard- worker, determined, driven, and an all around team player, then please consider me for your collegiate program.  I look forward to connecting!
