Victoria 50 SCY B...Personal Statement
My love for swimming competitively came from my love of water. From as far back as I can remember, I grew up in the water. Whether it was in the backyard pool, the rec center pool, or following my parents around to their triathlon races and playing in the lakes they were racing in. I began competing in swimming when I was 6 years old and I haven't missed a season yet. Currently I am racing on both a rec team and a USA Team. My goals are to swim through high school and hopefully in college. I hope my academics and swimming take me to a school in the Southeast, close to the ocean. When I am not swimming I am a classically trained ballet/pointe dancer (since I was 4), I ride horses, and I alpine ski.
