Sophia Lihou '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, My name is Sophia Lihou. I have been swimming for 10 years competitively and have been apart of the Newport Swim Team for all ten of those years. I am graduating high school in 2024 and have a 3.95 GPA. I really enjoy swimming and I am planning to do four years of high school swim team plus club swim all year round. I have gone to state championships 6 times, 5 years in a row for individual and relay events. I really take swimming seriously and when whenever we have a break I choose to run 5-10 miles a day to stay in shape. I have made many friends on my swim team and competing with them is always very exciting. I am hoping to go into the medical field or business ownership for my college career and hope to compete then too!
