Lucy Poole '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Lucy and people call me L Dog as a nickname. I am a sophomore at Mount Anthony Union High School. I have been on their varsity swim team for two years and started competitive swimming in 2022. I have always swam but not taken it seriously until I found out how much I enjoy it and being in the pool. In the two years that I have started taking swimming to the competitive level, I have grown as a person. Swimming has made me a better person in and out of the pool. Academically I like to surround myself with a group of people in my all honors classes who can challenge me so we can become better together. I also play soccer for my school's varsity team and a club team and do track for my school's varsity team as well.  I feel that doing sports is a way to keep myself challenged and on a schedule. I strive to be busy and think that I can handle it well to become a better person.
